Field-proven test equipment
Our product range consists of two devices: a test and cleaning station for solenoid valves, and a test platform for DSG mechatronic units. We design, manufacture and program both in-house. Our partners bring the devices to market under their own brands; the engineering, production, software updates and technical support are provided by DST.
Solenoid Test & Cleaning Device
One of the most common fault sources in automatic transmissions is solenoid valves that clog or drift out of specification. In most workshops these valves are either replaced blindly or the transmission is stripped down unnecessarily. This device is an all-in-one station that tests and ultrasonically cleans four solenoid valves at the same time: it separates a faulty valve from a healthy one in minutes, and cleans a recoverable valve so it doesn't need to be replaced.
For each valve, live current (mA) and internal resistance (Ω) are shown on screen; a burnt coil, an open circuit or a short is distinguished instantly. Ultrasonic cleaning, at an adjustable 2–30 pulses per second, dissolves dirt and debris deep inside the valve without disassembling it. A dedicated test mode covers proportional valves operating between 10% and 90% — so both on/off and proportional valves are verified at the same station.
A smart safety system detects shorts, automatically recognises which output a valve is connected to, and protects the device against wrong connections. The station ships with its own valve basin and stand, forming a standalone work area in the workshop. Test results are monitored and reported in the complementary Android app.
DSG Mechatronic Test Device
The DSG mechatronic unit is the hydraulic and electronic brain of the transmission; its faults often surface only under real operating pressure. This platform puts the unit through real conditions: it supports two separate working-pressure ranges (42–60 bar and 52–60 bar) and instantly warns the user with an error notice when the unit cannot build the required pressure.
In automatic mode it simulates up to 1,000 gear changes without interruption, stressing the unit for long-term durability while continuously monitoring and reporting pressure drops. Manual valve control and manual gear shifting let you focus on a single gear for detailed fault analysis — quick diagnosis and deep inspection come together in one device.
On a pressure fault the system resets itself, reactivates the pump and resumes the test where it left off; long test cycles don't start over. Online updates add new gear profiles and features to devices in the field over time; the test flow is managed from the complementary Android app.
