DST Test / FDY Test — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the account you created in the DST Test (com.dstteknoloji.dsg_test_app) and FDY Test (com.fdyotomotiv.fdy_test) applications developed by DST Teknoloji, and its associated data. The two apps are different brand editions of the same software and share the same account system.
How do you delete your account and data?
- From the email address registered to your account, send an email to info@dst-teknoloji.com.
- Write "Account Deletion" in the subject line.
- Include the email address registered to your account in the body of the email (for verification).
Which data is deleted?
- Account details: email, name and (if any) phone
- Test data: test results and measurement records
- Test device serial number associations
Which data is retained and for how long?
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days at the latest.
- Only data that is legally required to be retained is kept for the statutory retention period and deleted at the end of it.
Deleting only part of your data
Without deleting your account, you can also request the deletion of specific test records by writing to info@dst-teknoloji.com.
