Five disciplines under one roof
We don't depend on suppliers — from embedded firmware to the mechanical enclosure, our own team designs every layer of our devices. This integrity lets us control measurement accuracy end to end, push remote updates to devices in the field, and offer our partners a predictable engineering process with a single point of contact.
Embedded systems & firmware
We develop the control electronics and embedded software of our devices entirely in-house. Microcontroller selection, real-time control loops, sensor acquisition and driver layers — everything that determines measurement accuracy is in our hands. We read and process values such as current, resistance and pressure within milliseconds, so the device delivers consistent, repeatable results in the field.
Software development
We develop our devices' control interfaces and complementary Android applications with our own software team. Test flows, live data visualisation and reporting are designed as one; whatever the operator sees on the device, they see the same, consistently, in the mobile app. As the layer that touches the device every day in the field, it keeps evolving through online updates: new test profiles and improvements reach the devices remotely.
Circuit-board (PCB) design
From schematic to board layout, we design our measurement and control boards end to end. We separate sensitive analog measurement paths from power and digital control to protect them against noise, achieving repeatable, reliable readings. From prototype fabrication to validation, we run each board's test and revision cycle in our own lab.
Mechanical design
We design the device enclosure, hydraulic lines and test rigs with durability and precision in mind. Fixtures and sealing solutions are engineered to provide the same conditions on every test and to withstand daily workshop use. We mature the design ourselves, from a 3D model to manufacturable, assembly-ready parts.
Manufacturing engineering
We turn a working prototype into a production-ready, reliable product at our manufacturing facility in Eskişehir. By defining the assembly sequence, quality-control checkpoints and final test procedures, we make sure every device leaves at the same standard. That way the performance proven in the lab is reproduced exactly in every unit we build.
